Having trouble fitting the shower head?
Our shower head is compatible with the standard G1/2 interface, but during installation, it needs to be aligned precisely for proper screwing. You can adjust the angle of the shower head to find the correct entry point for threading.
Experiencing leakage at the connection point?
Check if the filtered rubber washer inside the connector is placed and flattened properly, avoid overtightening the connector or the gasket may get squeezed. Use some Teflon tape (3-5 circles) as an auxiliary measure to prevent leakage.
Is there water inside the new product?
Please note that all products are subjected to water testing before leaving the factory. It is normal for a few products to have water inside if they were not completely dried during the manufacturing process.
The swivel ball joint is tight, causing difficulty in adjusting the angle.
The swivel ball joint needs to be installed onto the shower arm first before the angle can be easily adjusted due to leverage. Adjusting the head out of the box by hand does not reflect its swivel capability after installation.
How to replace the filter cartridge, and where to buy the filter cartridge?
To replace the filter cartridge, unscrew the showerhead. You can find replacement cartridges on Amazon by searching for the keywords: MakeFit shower filter replacement.
