Are you having trouble adjusting the angle of the swivel ball joint? The swivel ball joint needs to be installed onto the shower arm first for easy adjustment due to leverage. Please note that adjusting the head by hand out of the box does not accurately reflect its swivel capability after installation.
Is there a leak at the connection point? Please check if the filtered rubber washer inside the connector is properly placed and flattened. Avoid overtightening the connector as it may squeeze the gasket. Using Teflon tape (3-5 circles) can also help prevent leakage as an additional measure.
Is there a leak coming from the massage shower head? The leakage may be caused by a loose cap on the filter replacement part. Tighten the cap on the left side to the maximum extent and wait a few minutes to see if the leakage continues.
Doesn't fit? Our shower head is designed to be compatible with the widely used standard G1/2 interface. Please note that if your home has a different interface, the shower head will not be compatible.
How to replace the filter cartridge and where to buy it? To replace the filter cartridge, unscrew the shower head. You can find replacement cartridges on Amazon by searching for "MakeFit shower filter replacement."
