What is the shelf life of the water filter straw?

The shelf life of our personal water filter straw is indefinite if it is unused and stored in a protected environment with moderate temperature and low ozone levels.

Can the straw filter be connected to gravity bags and disposable water bottles?

Yes, our upgraded straw filter can be connected not only to disposable water bottles with 28mm threading, serving as a squeezable water filtration system, but also as a replacement filter for different gravity systems, including our 6L gravity system "B08ZYMXLMH".

What are the differences between the upgraded straw water filter and the previous version?

The upgraded water filter has a larger filtration capacity of 5,000 liters (compared to 1,500 liters in the previous version) and a faster water flow rate.

How can filtering water be consumed quickly?

1) When the water filter is dry, immerse it in drinking water for 1-2 minutes or rinse the filter straw under the tap from the "mouthpiece" side until the inside is wet. 2) After each use, backwash it with clean water and store it in a vertical position to dry.

How can the lifetime of the straw water filter be extended?

We recommend always using the best fresh water source to backwash the straw filter after each use. Please note that it is important to remember to dry it before storage and that it does not work for seawater.
