How does the tumbler track my water intake? The sensor puck in the base of the bottle measures how much you drank when you drink out of the tumbler. This data is then transferred to the free HidrateSpark App, which tracks your progress.
How do I care for my tumbler? The lid and straw are top-rack dishwasher safe. The tumbler should be hand-washed only. The sensor puck should not be submerged in water and should be removed before cleaning. If you need to clean the sensor puck, wipe it with a damp cloth.
How often will I need to charge the tumbler? The HidrateSpark PRO holds a charge for 10-14 days with regular everyday use.
How long will it hold temperature? The HidrateSpark PRO is vacuum insulated to keep water cold for up to 24 hours and hot drinks warm for up to 4 hours.
